The feature film Four Ladies Dancing presented a unique technical challenge: delivering modern VFX for footage originally shot on 16mm black & white film in the late 70s and early 80s. Tasked with over 90 shots, we had to carefully match the organic grain structure and visual characteristics of the vintage stock while integrating surreal digital elements. Resurrecting this 40-year-old footage (featuring Mimi Rogers in her first role) was a fun, nostalgic exercise in matching the aesthetic of a different era.
